Construction Certificate (CC)

To put it simply, you can not start your building project without a Construction Certificate (CC).  After obtaining your Development Application (DA) approval by the Council, the next step is to obtain a Construction Certificate

Complying Development Certificate

Occupation Certificate (OC)

An Occupation Certificate (OC) is the final stage of the process. It get issued a project is completed and building is compliant with the BCA and Australian Standards.

Compliance Certificate

Building Inspection

Throughout your building development project work, you will require a Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) to inspect the work during the course of construction to ensure it meets with regulatory requirements. The role of the PCA is to issue the required certificates including the Final Occupation Certificate.
